BIOGRAPHY
Reverend Lindo retired from the United States Army after 31+ years of military service as
a Chief Warrant Officer 4, Commissioned.
While in the military, he completed numerous leadership academies including senior staff levels and his undergraduate studies with a Baccalaureate Degree in Business Administration. He later achieved a
Master’s Degree in Theological Studies.
Soon after joining the ranks of the military, Rev. Lindo married the very lovely Mrs. Berthenia McCauley Lindo who stands by his side. They currently reside in Fayetteville and are the proud parents of two sons
and one daughter along with their spouses and 10 grandchildren.
Rev. Lindo has been in public ministry for over 25 years. He is the former pastor of Chapel Grove A.M.E. Zion Church and Willis Creek A.M.E. Zion Church, both of which are on the Fayetteville District of the Central North Carolina Annual Conference, African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church.
He serves as pastor of the Historic Evans Metropolitan A.M.E. Zion Church. Rev. Lindo also serves as the Chairman of the Local Preacher’s Examining Committee of the Fayetteville District and an Instructor for Ministerial Training on the Central North Carolina Annual Conference. He enjoys teaching and preaching the Word of God as well as sharing the Good News of Jesus, the one and only Christ.
